Muhammad Hayat Siyal
CEO/Director
A visionary professional, social entrepreneur, and development practitioner with more than 32 years of experience. He has done MA in Islamic studies. He initiated his social work during his college life by donating blood to the needy people of the area and forming a blood donation and welfare group of like-minded friends. This instance motivated him, and the friend’s group was organized into a charity organization. He worked with different organizations to address the welfare and development concerns of those who needed it. During the development work, he conducted many researches surveys and remained the editor of monthly newspaper, Awaz e Thal. Muhammad Hayat Sial is a known humanitarian and development practitioner and has been awarded many appreciation certificates by government and civil society organizations. Mr. Hayat has participated in national and international conferences as well
Ms. Lubna Tariq
Director
A development professional and Sociology graduate with 25 years of experience. She has managed and supervised large teams comprising diverse members. Ms. Lubna participated in national and international conferences and delivered speeches on child protection and women and girls issues in Pakistan.
Dr. Muhammad Amin Baig
Director
A highly skilled healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience. Mr. Baig has excellent skills in social welfare services, development, planning, and management, with strong business regulations. He is a recognized expert in HR, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Mr. Habibullah Joya
Director
Mr. Habibullah has 20 years of experience in development sector. He is a graduate of BZU. He has formed CBOs, built their capacities. He is Currently working as Managing Director at School of Learning Chowk Azam Layyah.
Ms. Sabiha Alvi
Director
Ms. Sabiha is an MA in Urdu and has been working in the development sector for the last 5 years. She is a good master trainer and has delivered a number of trainings to community organizations. She has also conducted surveys and need assessments for the flood affected communities in South Punjab.

Mr. Saeed Ur Rehman
Director Programs
Mr. Saeed is a social development professional with over 25 years of experience. He is Masters degree holder in Chemistry and Political science respectively. He has studied Sociology at Bachelors level, and holds Diploma in Disaster Management as well. He has worked as Program Development Specialist, Program Director, Program Coordinator, Chief Executive Officer, Livelihood Coordinator, Senior Program Officer, and below with international and national organizations. Mr. Saeed holds diverse professional expertise and is a team player with unique interpersonal skills.
Mr. Waqas Pervaiz
Director Finance and Administration
An MBA and CA intermediate with 15 years of experience in different international organizations. Mr. Waqas is responsible for overall management of the Finance and Administration, budgeting, planning, financial monitoring, donor management, team management of PWS.
